Activitat del projecte #100tifiques en coincidència amb l’11 de febrer, el Dia Internacional de les Dones i les Nenes en la Ciència.

Proposta de Ciències naturals, que complementa a la conferència de la Carolina Rodríguez, doctorant en la Facultat de Física UB que van tenir la proppassat setmana amb la finalitat de donar visibilitat al paper de la dona en les àrees #STEAM

Segur que durant el dia escrius, t’equivoques, estripes el full, el llences i potser el recicles.

Des de la Comissió verda volem que siguis conscient que hi ha un pas previ al reciclatge: la reutilització. Per aquest motiu, durant la setmana passada, els alumnes de 2n d’ESO van deixar unes capses a cada classe per poder dipositar folis que es poden reutilitzar. D'aquesta manera, quan tinguem un foli escrit per una cara, en comptes de llençar-lo, el deixarem a la capsa i així algú el podrà reutilitzar.

És una manera ben senzilla de tenir cura del medi ambient i que està al nostre abast portar a terme. Animeu-vos a reutilitzar!

Durant proppassada setmana ens han visitat els alumnes de sisè de les escoles públiques del barri: Bernat Metge, la Marina, Ramon Muntaner i Escola Bellvitge. Una activitat programada dins el pla pel "pas #PrimàriaSecundària" que les escoles i instituts públics de Bellvitge portem a terme en coordinació amb el Servei Educatiu d'Hospitalet. L'objectiu és poder acompanyar i ajudar, tant a les famílies com als nois i noies de 6è de primària, en aquesta transició i fer la preinscripció. Han vist les nostres instal·lacions i, sobretot, què fem, com i on treballem en un dia qualsevol a l'Europa. S'apropa la fi de l'etapa de primària i el començament de l'ESO, i ben aviat els alumnes de sisè hauran de prendre la decisió d'escollir un institut. Són els exalumnes d'aquestes escoles, que cursen ara 1r d'ESO al nostre centre, qui els expliquen les seves experiències en el pas a l'Institut i com s'hi han adaptat. Finalment, ens passegem pels espais tot veient les activitats que s'hi porten a terme. Els alumnes de primària ens plantegen preguntes, inquietuds, observen amb curiositat... tot en un matí distès i molt familiar.

		Monday 16 We have begun our first day of this Erasmus week with a warming speech made by our headmaster and after the school tour, each country has presented its school and the results of the required information about water scarcity( its water footprint, examples of floods and droughts). With these data, they have made a comparative study in international groups of 6 and presented practical ideas to stop the water scarcity caused by Climate Change. After working hard at school, our Erasmus students with their partners and teachers have been sightseeing Barcelona (Casa Batlló, Casa Ametller, Passeig the Gracia, Plaça Catalunya , The Ramblas, the Old Town and the Cathedral). Tomorrow we will visit other districts. This culture afternoon program is called "Barcelona step by step"

Tuesday 17 Today the Erasmus students have visited the desalination plant in the Prat of Llobregat. It has been a very interesting visit to know more about the water scarcity problem and try to look for solutions. After the visit, we had booked a guided visit to Park Güell but unfortunately the Park was closed because of the strong winds so we ended in Sagrada Familia where we took a photo of the group. We hope to be able to visit the Park tomorrow afternoon.
		Wednesday 18 After presenting their role model at school, the Erasmus students went to visit La Pedrera, a guided visit in English. Unfortunately, they couldn't go to Park Güell because it was closed. But they used their problem solving skills to find an alternative activity and went to Cosmocaixa. Thanks to the Erasmus project, they are improving a lot of skills: communication, teamwork, problem solving, decision making,self-management and all of them in ENGLISH. Congratulations!!
Tursday 19 Our fifth day has been very stressful. First of all, we attended a workshop called "Coneix millor l'aigua" "Get a better knowledge about water"in the program "Climate Change" organised by AMB with the aim of creating awareness among young people to make a better use of water. When the workshop finished, the international student groups went on creating the final videos about "Water Scarcity"for the school contest that will take at school tomorrow morning. And this afternoon: "Erasmus dinner" prepared by the parents where teachers and students will be enjoy tasting our typical dishes.
		Friday 20 Our last Erasmus Day meeting in our school. We began with the video contest created by the students. After it, we went to the City Hall where the Mayoress of l'Hospitalet made a warming speech and gave the partners the diplomas. And the meeting ended with a lunch for the teachers. We have to congratulate all the students and teachers for their collaboration. Hospi TV, echoed the news in an extensive report that you can see on our YouTube channel. Now the project goes on and we are preparing the activities for the next meeting in Finland.

El proppassat divendres en l'hora de tutoria, l'alumnat de segon de batxillerat va participar en la primera sessió del programa d'orientació, acompanyament i suport Hedera.

Hedera és un projecte pilot d’investigació impulsat per Fundesplai que vol afavorir l’accés a la universitat a estudiants de batxillerat i cicles formatius de grau superior a través de la mentoria.

Té com a finalitat l'eliminació de les barreres d'accés a la universitat per raons econòmiques o socials.
